ตามที่ท่าน นายอนันต์ บัวสำลี (เกิดวันที่ 19 พฤศจิกายน 2502 เลขบัตรประชาชน 3 6101 00204 78 2) ได้ปฏิบัติงานให้กับบริษัท ไทย ฮิราคาวา จำกัด ตั้งแต่วันที่ 21 กันยายน 2543 จนถึงปัจจุบัน อายุงาน 14 ปี 2 เดือน 8 วัน ทำงานในตำแหน่งโฟร์แมน เงินเดือนอัตราสุดท้าย 20,042 บาท จนครบเกษียณอายุตามระเบียบข้อบังคับ ของบริษัท ในวันที่ 29 พฤศจิกายน 2557 ซึ่งท่านได้แจ้งความประสงค์ขอเกษียณอายุ ซึ่งบริษัทฯได้ให้ความเห็นชอบและได้แจ้งให้ ท่านล่วงหน้าแล้วนั้น
บัดนี้ ได้ครบกำหนดการเกษียณอายุแล้ว บริษัทฯ จึงขอเลิกจ้างท่านเพราะเหตุเกษียณอายุ โดยให้มีผลเลิกจ้างตั้งแต่วันที่ 29 พฤศจิกายน 2557 เป็นต้นไป โดยบริษัทได้จ่ายเงินตามกฎหมายให้ท่านดังนี้
1.ค่าชดเชยการเลิกจ้าง (กรณีเกษียณอายุ) 200,420.00 บาท
เป็นเงิน (เงินเดือน 20,042 บาท บาท จำนวน 10 เดือน)
2.เงินช่วยเหลือพิเศษ (โบนัสพิเศษ) ( 20,042 บาท 2 เดือน) 40,084.00 บาท
รวม 240,504.00 บาท
