อนุสรณ์สถานพระสถูปเจดีย์สมเด็จพระเจ้าตากสินมหาราช ตั้งอยู่บริเวณปากน้ำโจ้โล้(คลองท่าลาด) ตำบลปากน้ำ
ประวัติกล่าวว่า ประชาชนได้สร้างพระสถูปนี้ ขึ้นเมื่อสมเด็จพระเจ้าตากสินมหาราช ได้ครองราชย์สมบัติแล้ว เพื่อเป็นอนุสรณ์สถาน ที่พระองค์เดินทัพผ่าน 3 แห่งด้วยกันคือ ที่ปากน้ำโจ้โล้ ได้รบชนะพม่าที่มีไพร่พลมากกว่ามหาศาล ด้วยการดำเนินกลยุทธทั้งซุ่มโจมตี และเข้าตีตรงหน้า พื้นที่การรบคือ บริเวณปากน้ำโจ้โล้ แต่บริเวณดังกล่าวถูกกระแสน้ำกัดเซาะจนพระเจดีย์พังทลายเมื่อประมาณ พ.ศ.2491 ต่อมามีการสร้างพระสถูปเจดีย์พระเจ้าตากสินมหาราชขึ้นใหม่บริเวณเดิม สร้างเอาไว้สวยงามมาก อยู่ติดคลองท่าลาด กับแม่น้ำบางปะกง อีก 2 แห่ง ที่สร้างอนุสรณ์สถานไว้คือ วิหารวัดแจ้ง และวิหารวัดโพธิ์ บางคล้า พระสถูปเจดีย์ อยู่ริมแม่น้ำตรงข้ามเกาะลัด และเยื้องกับวัดปากน้ำโจ้โล้ ทางเข้าทางขวามีรูปปั้นม้า ทางซ้ายเป็นรูปปั้นช้าง
