เมื่อวันที่ 23 ตุลาคม 2558 โรงเรียนภูเก็ตไทยหัวอาเซียนวิทยาได้ลงนามเซ็นสัญญาความร่วมมือด้านการศึกษา ระหว่างโรงเรียนนานาชาติเซี๊ยะเหมิน ประเทศสาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีนและโรงเรียนภูเก็ตไทยหัวอาเซียนวิทยา

มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้นักเรียนทั้งสองฝ่ายได้มีโอกาสแลกเปลี่ยนภาษา วัฒนธรรม เพื่อเปิดโลกทัศน์ในระดับนานาชาติให้กับนักเรียนและให้นักเรียนได้ฝึกฝนทักษะการสื่อสารในระดับนานาชาติ โดยผู้แทนตามกฏหมาย
