โครงงานนี้ผู้จัดทำได้สร้างการ์ตูนแอนิเมชั่น เรื่อง การขับขี่รถยนต์ที่ปลอดภัย โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้ผู้ที่ดำรงชีวิตในปัจจุบันได้มองเห็นความสำคัญของการเกิดอุบัติเหตุและนำไปเป็นแนวทางในการดำเนินชีวิต โดยเห็นว่าในปัจจุบันการนำเอาคอมพิวเตอร์มาพัฒนาเป็นสื่อการเรียนการสอนมีมากยิ่งขึ้น ทำให้ต้องการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์กันอย่างแพร่หลาย แอนิเมชั่นก็ต้องใช้คอมพิวเตอร์เพื่อการทำเป็นสื่อต่างๆ ถูกนำเอามาประยุกต์ใช้เพื่อประโยชน์ในด้านต่างๆมากมาย โดยเฉพาะทางด้านการศึกษาและการเรียนรู้ เนื่องจากกานนำเอาแอนิเมชั่นเข้ามาช่วยในการสื่อสาร และพัฒนาด้านการเรียนการสอน ทำให้สะดวกสบายในการเรียนรู้และง่ายต่อการเข้าใจ ปัจจุบันมีสื่อการเรียนรู้ต่างๆผ่นอินเตอร์เน็ตมากมาย แต่การที่จะทำให้เกิประสิทธิผลในการเรียนรู้ที่ดีนั้น จำเป็นต้องอาศัยเทคนิคและเทคโนโลยีที่ใช้ในการสร้างสื่ออย่างเหมาะสม เช่น การเรียนรู้ผ่านการใช้มัลติมีเดีย ภาพเคลื่อนไหวเป็น สิ่งจำเป็นที่จะช่วยให้การเรียนรู้นั้นสะดวกและมีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น
