การรายงานอุบัติเหตุ กรณีเกิดนอกงาน ให้รายงานกรณีที่ตัวพนักงานประสบอุบัติเหตุแล้วเกิดการบาดเจ็บ ถึงขั้นต้องพบแพทย์ หรือเข้ารับการรักษาตัวในโรงพยาบาล เท่านั้น
หากเป็นกรณีอื่น ไม่ต้องรายงานอุบัติเหตุ รบกวนทางหัวหน้างานแจ้งพนักงานในแผนกด้วยค่ะ ขอบคุณค่ะ
