ประธานฯ ได้แถลงต่อที่ประชุมว่า ที่ผ่านมาบริษัทไม่เคยจ่ายเงินปันผลให้กับผู้ถือหุ้นเลย และในคราวนี้บริษัทมีกำไรสมควรพอที่จะทำเช่นนั้น จึงเสนอต่อที่ประชุมเพื่อพิจารณาอนุมัติจ่ายเงินปันผล โดยมีรายละเอียดดังต่อไปนี้
1. อนุมัติจ่ายเงินปันผลระหว่างกาล ให้ผู้ถือหุ้นบุริมสิทธิในอัตราหุ้นละ 771.14 บาท จำนวน 24, 250 หุ้น
2. อนุมัติจ่ายเงินปันผลระหว่างกาล ให้ผู้ถือหุ้นสามัญในอัตราหุ้นละ 662.87 บาท จำนวน 5,750 หุ้น
3. จัดสรรเงินกำไรเป็นทุนสำรองตามกฎหมาย เป็นจำนวน 300,000 บาท เท่ากับร้อยละ 10 ของทุนจดทะเบียน (ทุนจดทะเบียน 3,000,000 บาท)
