ตำแหน่งและหน้าที่ของ BASKETBALL

ในทีมประกอบด้วยผู้เล่น 5 คนในสนามซึ่งแต่ละคนก็จะมีตำแหน่งที่แตกต่างกันคือ

ในส่วนของการป้องกัน PG มีหน้าที่ต้องทำให้คนถือบอลช้าลง โดยปรกติแล้ว PG จะไม่ค่อยได้รับหน้าที่ป้องกันแบบหนักๆ แต่อย่างไรก็ตาม PG ควรจะสามารถหยุดหรือทำให้การเคลื่อนบอลของคู่ต่อสู้ช้าลง (ป้องกัน fast break หรือ ทำให้จ่ายบอลยาก)
