First visit to Phuket and it was an amazing experience. Staff gave us a really warm welcome when we arrived to the hotel, it makes us feel like we are VIP of the day.

Staffs are really helpful, you can definitely rely on them.
They can speak English, able to communicate well.

Room is big, spacious, nice design, big bed and comfortable.

Location is really good just a few step to beachfront, clean, quiet and relaxing.

Facilities is awesome, they have swimming 3 pools, bar which I am sure you will need plenty of time to use all of them.

Overall, best experience I ever get.
