บทคัดย่อ
ตรวจสอบปริมาณไอโอดีนในเกลือบริโภคเปรียบเทียบกับมาตรฐานของกระทรวงสาธารณสุข พ.ศ. 2554 จากพื้นที่นาเกลือ อ.ท่าใหม่ จ.จันทบุรี จำนวน 4 พื้นที่ และเกลือบริโภคที่จำหน่ายตามท้องตลาดจำนวน 7 ยี่ห้อ โดยใช้วิธี Iodometric titration พบว่าเกลือที่เก็บตัวอย่างจากพื้นที่นาเกลือมีค่าเฉลี่ยปริมาณไอโอดีนส่วนใหญ่ไม่เป็นไปตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐานที่กระทรวงสาธารณสุขกำหนดไม่น้อยกว่า 20 มิลลิกรัม และไม่เกิน 40 มิลลิกรรม โดยพบเพียง 1 แหล่ง จากพื้นที่ทั้งหมด 4 แหล่ง ที่มีปริมาณไอโอดีนเป็นไปตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐาน คือ มีค่าปริมาณไอโอดีนเฉลี่ย 21.15±7.48 ppm. คิดเป็นร้อยละ 25 ของเกลือที่ตรงตามมาตรฐานที่กระทรวงสาธารณสุขกำหนด ส่วนเกลือที่เก็บตัวอย่างจากท้องตลาด จำนวน 7 ยี่ห้อ มีค่าเฉลี่ยปริมาณไอโอดีนอยู่ในเกณฑ์มาตรฐาน 2 ยี่ห้อ คือ มีค่าปริมาณไอโอดีนเฉลี่ย 29.26±2.66 ppm. และมีค่าปริมาณ 30.67±2.80 ppm. คิดเป็นร้อยละ 29 ของเกลือที่ตรงตามมาตรฐานที่กระทรวงสาธารณสุขกำหนด
