บทคัดย่อ
​รายงานวิจัยเรื่อง การตัดสินใจเลือกใช้บริการโรงพยาบาลสำโรงการแพทย์ จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ มุ่งศึกษาถึงการตัดสินใจเลือกใช้บริการของผู้รับบริการโรงพยาบาลสำโรงการแพทย์ จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ โดยใช้แบบสอบถามในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 287 คน ซึ่งเป็นผู้ที่มารับบริการแผนกอายุรกรรมแบบทั่วไปและแผนกอายุรกรรมแบบสิทธิประกันสังคม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ จำนวน ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบสถิติ ที (t-test) การทดสอบความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (one way analysis of variance : ANOVA) และการทดสอบสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ (Pearson’s Correlation Coefficient)
​ผลการวิจัย พบว่า การตัดสินใจเลือกใช้บริการโรงพยาบาลสำโรงการแพทย์แผนกอายุรกรรมแบบทั่วไปและแผนกอายุรกรรมแบบสิทธิประกันสังคม โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับพอใช้ ในรายด้านประกอบด้วย ด้านการตระหนักถึงความต้องการ ด้านการค้นหาข้อมูล ด้านการประเมินผลทางเลือก และด้านการตัดสินใจเลือก อยู่ในระดับพอใช้ สำหรับผู้รับบริการที่มีรายได้แตกต่างกัน มีการตัดสินใจเลือกใช้บริการโรงพยาบาลสำโรงการแพทย์แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ (F = 2.635 , P-value = 0.034 ) ส่วนผู้รับบริการที่มีเพศ อายุ ระดับการศึกษา อาชีพ สถานภาพสมรส สิทธิการรักษาพยาบาล และจำนวนครั้งที่เข้ามารับบริการที่แตกต่างกัน มีการตัดสินใจเลือกใช้บริการโรงพยาบาลสำโรงการแพทย์ที่ไม่แตกต่างกัน ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยคุณภาพบริการกับการตัดสินใจเลือกใช้บริการโรงพยาบาลสำโรงการแพทย์ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับสูงมาก (r = +0.731 , p-value = 0.000) ข้อเสนอแนะในการให้บริการของผู้รับบริการ คือ ความรวดเร็วในการให้บริการ และความกระตือรือร้นของแพทย์และเจ้าหน้าที่ แพทย์ควรตรวจวินิจฉัยโรคให้ละเอียด ชัดเจนก่อนอธิบายต่อผู้ป่วย จากผลการวิจัยทำให้ทราบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างมีการตัดสินใจเลือกใช้บริการโรงพยาบาลสำโรงการแพทย์อยู่ในระดับพอใช้ คณะผู้วิจัยจึงมีข้อเสนอแนะต่อการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ โรงพยาบาลสำโรงการแพทย์ควรพัฒนาคุณภาพการให้บริการอย่างต่อเนื่อง เพื่อให้ตรงกับความต้องการของผู้ที่มารับบริการอย่างถึงที่สุด
