คาดว่าจะใช้เงินลงทุนกว่า 4,800 ล้านบาท โดยได้ร่วมทุนกับ KPN Group WHA จะถือหุ้นในสัดส่วน 65% และ KPN 35%อย่างไรก็ตามการร่วมทุนในบริษัทย่อยดังกล่าว WHA จะถือหุ้นในสัดส่วน 65% และ KPN 35% ทั้งนี้จะมีการนำพื้นที่ 2 แสนตารางเมตร ดังกล่าว ทำโซลาร์รูฟอีกด้วย โดยจะมีกำลังผลิตไฟฟ้าได้ประมาณ 20 เมกะวัตต์ ใช้งบลงทุนประมาณ 1,500-2,000 ล้านบาท รายได้เฉลี่ยจะอยู่ที่ 9-10 ล้านบาทต่อ 1 เมกะวัตต์ สำหรับงบลงทุนรวมในปี 2556 นี้ คาดว่าจะถึง 10,000 ล้านบาท จากเดิมที่คาดว่าจะใช้ประมาณ 8,000 ล้านบาท
ทั้งนี้ WHA ได้มีการคาดการณ์ประมาณการอัตราการเติบโตของรายได้ในปี 2556 นี้ไว้ที่ประมาณ 7,300 ล้านบาท เพิ่มขึ้นจากปี 2555 ที่มีรายได้ 2,210 ล้านบาท ขณะที่ภายในไตรมาส 4/2556 ได้เตรียมจองซื้อหน่วยลงทุนกองทุนรวมอสังหาริมทรัพย์และสิทธิการเช่า ดับบลิวเอชเอ พรีเมี่ยม แฟคทอรี่แอนด์แวร์เฮ้าส์ ฟันด์(WHAPF) ในการเพิ่มทุนครั้งที่ 3 ของกองทุน WHAPF เพิ่มอีก 4,400-4,700 บาท ซึ่งจะส่งผลให้มีขนาดเพิ่มขึ้นเป็นเกือบ 10,000 ล้านบาท
