2. เทคโลโนยีซอฟต์ (Softwaer) หมายถึงโปรแกรมหรือชุดคำสั่งที่ทำหน้าที่ สั่งให้เครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ทำงานตามที่ผู้ใช้งานต้องการ แบ่งออกเป็น 2 ประเภท คือ
2.1 ซอฟต์แวร์ระบบ (System Software) คือชุดคำสั่งที่ทำหน้าที่สั่งให้เครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ทั้งฮาร์ดแวร์และวอฟต์แวร์ทำงานได้ดี
2.2 ซอฟตืแวร์ประยุกต์ (Application Software) คือชุดคำสั่งที่ผู้ใช้ส่งเข้าสู่เครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์เพื่อให้เคื่อง คอมพิวเตอร์ทำงานได้ตามที่ต้องการ

3. เทคโนโลยีการสื่อสารโทรคมนาคม คือ เทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศ ที่ใช้ในการติดต่อสื่อสารกันทั่วไป เช่น ระบบโทรศัพท์ ดามเทียม และอื่นๆ ในการติดต่อสื่อสาร
