การชำระค่าสินค้าหรือการชำระราคาใดๆ

การชำระค่าสินค้าหรือการชำระราคาใดๆ ตามเงื่อนไขของสัญญาฉบับนี้ จะต้องชำระด้วยเงินสด แคชเชียร์เช็ค หรือเช็คขีดคร่อม ซึ่งธนาคารได้รับรองการใช้เงินแล้ว หรือจะชำระโดยการโอนเงินเข้าบัญชีที่ผู้ขายกำหนดไว้ก็ได้

ทั้งนี้ กรณีการชำระราคาโดยแคชเชียร์เช็ค หรือเช็คขีดคร่อม จะสมบูรณ์ได้ก็ต่อเมื่อธนาคารได้ชำระเงินตามเช็คให้กับผู้ขาย หรือได้มีการนำเงินตามเช็คดังกล่าวเข้าบัญชีธนาคารของผู้ขายเรียบร้อยแล้ว
