ศกาลดนตรีพัทยา หรือ Pattaya Music Festival เป็นเทศกาลดนตรีประจำปีที่จัดขึ้นที่พัทยา จังหวัดชลบุรี จัดขึ้นโดยการท่องเที่ยวแห่งประเทศไทย ร่วมกับจังหวัดชลบุรีและเมืองพัทยา โดยเริ่มมาตั้งแต่ ปี พ.ศ. 2545 และถือว่าได้รับความสำเร็จมาโดยตลอด ประกอบกับความตั้งใจที่จะพัฒนายกระดับงานขึ้นสู่สากล เปลี่ยนชื่อมาเป็น Pattaya International Music Festival ในปี พ.ศ. 2548 และในปี พ.ศ. 2549 ได้เปลี่ยนชื่อเป็น เดอะ แกรนด์ พัทยา อินเตอร์เนชั่นแนล มิวสิก เฟสติวัล เพื่อเฉลิมฉลอง ในมหามงคลสมัยที่พระบาทสมเด็จพระเจ้าอยู่หัวฯ ทรงครองสิริราชสมบัติครบ 60 ปี งานจะจัดในช่วงวันศุกร์ เสาร์ อาทิตย์ สัปดาห์ที่ 3 ของเดือนมีนาคมของทุกปี มีการแสดงของกลุ่มนักร้อง นักดนตรี ทั้งไทยและต่างประเทศในช่วงเวลา 18.00-24.00 น.
