เหตุผลที่ฉันทำโครงงานนี้เนื่องมาจากเมื่อตอนที่ฉันเริ่มเข้ามาเรียน ณ ที่แห่งนี้ ฉันต้องหาที่พักอาศัยบริเวณใกล้ๆกับมหาลัย เนื่องจากบ้านของฉันอยู่ไกลจากตัวมหาลัยมาก มันทำให้การเดินทางมาเรียนต้องใช้เวลามาก ฉันพบปัญหาต่างๆมากมายในการหาที่พักที่ฉันพอใจ เนื่องจากฉันไม่ใช่คนในพื้นที่และฉันไม่มีญาติหรือคนที่รู้จักอาศัยอยู่บริเวณนี้เลย ทำให้ฉันต้องเสียเงินค่าเดินทางไปหาที่พักหลายๆรอบ และไปในช่วงเวลาที่ผิด คือ ไปหาในช่วงเวลาที่มีห้องว่างให้เช่าเหลือน้อยเนื่องจากมีผู้พักอาศัยอยู่ก่อนแล้วหรือมีผู้มาจองไว้ล่วงหน้าแล้ว อีกปัญหาหนึ่งนอกเหนือจากการหาหอพัก คือ การใช้ชีวิตที่นี้ เป็นสิ่งที่ทำให้คนต่างถิ่นอย่างฉันเกิดความกังวลใจ เนื่องจากฉันต้องมาพักอาศัยในที่ ที่ไม่คุ้นเคยเพียงลำพัง และฉันไม่ทราบข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับที่นี้เพียงพอ ทำให้การวางแผนในการมาใช้ชีวิตที่นี้เป็นไปอย่างไม่ดีเท่าที่ควร ส่งผลให้เกิดความสูญเสียในหลายๆด้านเช่น เวลา ทรัพย์สิน ฉันจึงคิดว่าข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับที่แห่งนี้เป็นสิ่งที่มีความสำคัญต่อการวางแผนการดำเนินชีวิตในมหาลัยอย่างหนึ่ง และเป็นสิ่งที่ให้ประโยชน์กับนักศึกษาที่กำลังศึกษาอยู่หรือนักศึกษาใหม่ที่กำลังตัดสินใจที่จะเข้ามาศึกษาต่อที่นี้
