Cant send you a picture but can send some information that's on the pack, the reason for my e-mail is I'm making pizza bases and bread and I'm using at the moment a full bread mix from flour on wards with all ingredients added, and I'm thinking about using a premix and decided to try what I brought first if its what I'm looking ill buy it by the large bags, its in a plain bag with Schmidt stick's on the plactic 1KG bag, it reads 17-118921 Gluten-free bread mix MFD:08/2015 with an EXP date 04/16, I don't know that tells you much they gave me your Ireks Gluten free bread mix ingredient information paper that's all, id just like to know what it is if a premix or some thing else and what I add if a pre-mix yeast and water or more ?
