การแต่งตั้ง คณะกรรมการบริหารงานจังหวัดแบบบูรณาการ (ผู้แทนส่วน
ราชการ/ รัฐวิสาหกิจ ผู้แทนองค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่น ภาคเอกชน
