วิธีทำ
เตรียมขูดผิวมะนาวรอ..คั้นนํ้ามะนาวรอด้วย..

เราก็จะมาตีไข่กับนํ้าตาลต่างหาก...ไข่ไม่ต้องแยกเมื่อไข่ตีขึ้นแล้วเราจะเทส่วนผสมตามเร็วๆเลย

1 ชั่วโมงผ่านไปเรานําออกมาตะกุยๆๆ....แล้วแช่ต่อไป..ทําชั่วโมงละครั้ง.สัก3 - 4ครั้งก็พอ.
เพื่อไอศกรีมเรา     จะได้ไม่แข็งจนเกินไป2 ชั่วโมงผ่านไป..เริ่มเห็นเป็นไอศกรีมหลังจากตะกุยๆไป4ครั้ง...
