ด้วยการสนับสนุนการพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวในรูปแบบ Low Carbon Tourism เพื่อตอบรับกระแสการเปลี่ยนแปลงโลกด้าน
สภาพภูมิอากาศ จากหลักแนวคิดดังกล่าวจึงได้มีการดำเนินโครงการสร้างจักรยานต้นแบบที่มีความสามารถผลิตกระแส
