วิสัยทัศน์หลักสูตร สถานศึกษา
หลักสูตรสถานศึกษาโรงเรียนวัดสว่างอารมณ์ มุ่งจัดการศึกษาให้นักเรียน เป็นคนดี มีความรู้อยู่อย่างพอเพียง เคียงคู่มาตรฐานประสานชุมชน ทุกคนมีส่วนร่วม

ภารกิจ
เพื่อให้การจัดการศึกษาของโรงเรียนเป็นไปตามวิสัยทัศน์ (VISION) ที่โรงเรียนกำหนดไว้
จึงได้กำหนดภารกิจ ไว้ดังนี้
ให้มีการพัฒนาหลักสูตรสถานศึกษาครอบคลุมตามมาตรฐานหลักสูตรแกนกลางการศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานพุทธศักราช 2551 พัฒนากระบวนการจัดการเรียนรู้ของนักเรียนโดยใช้สื่อเทคโนโลยีแหล่งเรียนรู้และภูมิปัญญาท้องถิ่นรวมทั้งส่งเสริมให้นักเรียนสามารถเรียนรู้และสร้างองค์ความรู้ด้วยตนเอง ส่งเสริมและพัฒนานักเรียนให้มีคุณลักษณะอันพึงประสงค์ตามหลักสูตร และตามความคาดหวังของสังคม ส่งเสริมให้บุคลากรรู้จักทำงานเป็นทีมรวมทั้งมีส่วนร่วมในการพัฒนาให้มีความเข้มแข็งจัดบริหารงานแบบมีส่วนร่วม โดยใช้โรงเรียนเป็นฐาน (SCHOOL BASED MANAGEMENT) จัดระบบข้อมูลสารสนเทศให้สามารถนำไปใช้ในการจัดการศึกษาได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพครอบคลุมทั้ง 4 กลุ่มการบริหารงาน ปรับปรุงระบบการบริหารด้านการเงินและพัสดุส่งเสริมกิจกรรมเสริมสร้างสุขภาพกาย สุขภาพจิต ให้แก่นักเรียน ครู และบุคลากร ปรับปรุงสภาพแวดล้อมภายในสถานศึกษาให้เอื้อต่อการจัดกิจ กรรมการเรียนรู้

เป้าหมาย (GOAL)
เพื่อให้มีทิศทางในการบริหารจัดการเป็นไปตามวิสัยทัศน์ (VISION) และภารกิจโรงเรียนได้กำหนดเป้าหมาย (GOAL) ในการบริหารจัดการ ไว้ดังนี้
เป้าหมายด้านคุณภาพนักเรียน นักเรียนเรียนได้รับโอกาสด้านการเรียนรู้เต็มตามศักยภาพและ ตามความแตกต่างระหว่างบุคคล ตามมาตรฐานหลักสูตรสถานศึกษาที่ประกอบด้วยสาระแกนกลาง สาระท้องถิ่น การปลูกฝังด้านคุณธรรม การดำเนินชีวิตอย่างพอเพียง การปกครองในระบอบประชาธิปไตย การจัดการและการบริหารบ้านเมืองที่ดี
