แฟ้มสะสมผลงาน (Portfolio) นี้ ข้าพเจ้าจัดทำขึ้นเพื่อเป็นตัวแทนนำเสนอข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับประวัติส่วนตัว ความรู้ ความสามารถ ทักษะ ตลอดจนพัฒนาการทางด้านต่างๆของข้าพเจ้า โดยแฟ้มสะสมผลงานนี้ประกอบไปด้วยเอกสารเกี่ยวกับประวัติส่วนตัว ประวัติทางด้านการศึกษา และตัวอย่างผลงานที่ได้รับ ที่ทำให้ข้าพเจ้าเกิดความภาคภูมิใจ อาทิเช่น
• ความสามารถทางด้านวิชาการ
• ความสามารถทางด้านกิจกรรม
• การอบรมในโครงการต่างๆ
• ด้านความเป็นผู้นำ

ข้าพเจ้าหวังว่าแฟ้มสะสมงานเล่มนี้จะทำให้ทุกท่านที่อ่านได้เห็นถึงความสามารถโดยรวมของข้าพเจ้ามากยิ่งขึ้น
