การให้บริการหลังการขาย เพื่อเป็นการสร้างความมั่นใจให้แก่เกษตรกรที่เข้าร่วมโครงการฯ ได้จัดให้มีบริการทางวิชาการหลังการขาย มีกำหนด 1 ปี โดย อ.ส.ค. จะร่วมกับกรมเข้าร่วมปศุสัตว์ จัดส่งเจ้าหน้าที่สัตวแพทย์และเจ้าหน้าที่สัตวบาล อย่างละ 1 คน ต่อแม่พันธุ์โคนม 500 ตัว เข้าไปให้บริการเกษตรกร ในเรื่องการเลี้ยง การป้องกันโรค การรักษาโรค ตลอดจนการผสมเทียมโคนม โดยเกษตรกรไม่ต้องเสียค่าใช้จ่ายใดๆ ทั้งสิ้น เว้นแต่ค่าเวชภัณฑ์
