เรื่อง การเบิกค่าเดินทางด้วยยานพาหนะส่วนตัว
พนักงานที่ใช้ยานพาหนะของตนเองเพื่อการปฎิบัติงานของบริษัทจะได้รับเงินชดเชยค่าพาหนะ ในการเดินทางไป – กลับ ระหว่างสถานที่อยู่ ที่พัก และสถานปฎิบัติงาน ในอัตรที่กำหนดข้างล่างนี้ ( เฉพาะกรณีที่บริษัทไม่สามารถจัดหาพาหนะสำหรับพนักงานได้เท่านั้น )
1. ระยะทางไม่เกิน 400 กิโลเมตร คิดอัตรากิโลเมตรละ 3 บาท
2. ระยะทางตั้งแต่ 401 กิโลเมตรขึ้นไป กิโลเมตร คิดอัตรากิโลเมตรละ 2 บาท เช่น พนักงานนำพาหนะของ ตนเองไป – กลับ ระหว่าง สถานที่พัก – อยุธยา ระยะทางคิดได้ 480 กิโลเมตร มีวิธีคิดดังนี้
1. ระยะทาง 400 กิโลเมตรแรก คิดอัตรากิโลเมตรละ 3 บาท รวมเป็นเงิน 1200 บาท
2. ระยะทาง 80 กิโลเมตรถัดไป ( 480-400 ) คิดอัตรา กิโลเมตรละ 2 บาท รวมเป็นเงิน 160 บาท
