สิทธิและหน้าที่ของนายหน้า

2.2นายหน้าจัดหาบุคคล เพื่อให้การซื้อขายอสังหาริมทรัพย์นั้นๆ ได้บรรลุผลสมบูรณ์ ทั้งนี้ นายหน้าทราบดีว่าบริษัทฯมีอำนาจในการตัดสินใจว่าจะให้มีการซื้อขายหรือเช่าหรือไม่ แต่เพียงผู้เดียว

2. อัตราผลตอบแทน และเงื่อนไขการจ่าย
2.1 บริษัทฯและนายหน้าตกลงยินยอมจะให้ค่าตอบแทนแก่นายหน้าเฉพาะในกรณีที่นายหน้าได้จัดให้มีการขายอสังหาริมทรัพย์อย่างถูกต้อง สมบูรณ์ ตามกฎหมาย เป็นที่เรียบร้อยแล้ว และบริษัทฯได้รับค่าบริการนายหน้าจากลูกค้าเป็นที่เรียบร้อยแล้ว
2.2 บริษัทฯและนายหน้าตกลงค่าตอบแทนในอัตราร้อยละ..............ของ.................... (ตามหนังสือแนบท้าย)
2.3 บริษัทฯตกลงจะชำระค่าตอบแทนให้แก่นายหน้าทุกวันที่สุดท้ายของแต่ละเดือนหากวันสุดท้ายของเดือนตรงกับวันหยุดทำการ บริษัทฯจะชำระค่าตอบแทนให้ก่อนวันหยุดทำการ ภายหลังจากที่บริษัทฯได้รับเงินจากลูกค้า อย่างครบถ้วนแล้ว
