กรณีที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงเนื่องจากเกิดปัญหา หรือเหตุสุดวิสัยใดๆ อาทิ ดินฟ้าอากาศไม่อำนวย หรือ เกิดเหตุการณ์ทางการเมือง และเกิดความล่าช้าจากเหตุสุดวิสัย “ผู้ว่าจ้าง” ยินยอมให้ปรับเปลี่ยนได้ตามสถานการณ์ที่เกิดขึ้นโดยไม่มีเงื่อนไขใดๆ ทั้งสิ้นและไม่ถือว่าเป็นการทำผิดข้อตกลงการจ้างของ “ผู้รับจ้าง”
