ได้รับมอบหมายให้ฝึกงานในส่วนกลุ่มวิชาการน้ำบาดาล ฝ่ายวิศวกรรม โดยได้รับมอบหมายหน้าที่ให้ศึกษา เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล และการรายงานผลของโครงการ



ศูนย์ทรัพยากรน้ำบาดาลภาค 3 ขอนแก่น (เดิม) เป็นหน่วยงานส่วนกลาง มีที่ตั้งในส่วนภูมิภาค คือ จังหวัดขอนแก่น ขึ้นตรงต่อสำนักพัฒนาน้ำบาดาล กรมทรัพยากรน้ำบาดาล กระทรวงทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อม รับผิดชอบในงานเกี่ยวกับการใช้ การสำรวจและการพัฒนาน้ำบาดาลในแนวทางอนุรักษ์และยั่งยืน อีกทั้งป้องกันมิให้เกิดผลกระทบที่ก่อให้เกิดความเสียหายกับทรัพยากรน้ำบาดาลและสิ่งแวดล้อม พื้นที่รับผิดชอบ 5 จังหวัด ภาคอิสาน คือ ขอนแก่น กาฬสินธุ์ มหาสารคาม เลย และหนองบัวลำภู ในปี พ.ศ. 2551 ได้ปรับเปลี่ยนเป็น สํานักทรัพยากรน้ำบาดาล เขต 4



1.3 ภารกิจ/หน้าที่
• จัดทำข้อเสนอแนะ มาตรการ แผนงาน และงบประมาณในการบริหารจัดการทรัพยากรน้ำบาดาล ในส่วนที่รับผิดชอบ ให้สอดคล้องกับเป้าหมายและยุทธศาสตร์ของกรม จังหวัด และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง • ดำเนินการศึกษา สำรวจ ประเมินศักยภาพน้ำบาดาล และอนุรักษ์ฟื้นฟูแหล่งน้ำบาดาลในระดับพื้นที่ และบูรณาการกับน้ำผิวดินกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• บริหารจัดการ และพัฒนาแหล่งน้ำบาดาลให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุด ทั้งด้านอุปโภค บริโภค อุสาหกรรมและเกษตรกรรม
• ส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนในการกำกับ ดูแล ควบคุมเพื่อให้เป็นไปตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยน้ำบาดาล
• สนับสนุนโครงการอันเนื่องมาจากพระราชดำริ
• ดำเนินการแก้ไขปัญหาความเดือดร้อนแก่ประชาชนในพื้นที่ประสบภัย
• ให้คำปรึกษาและถ่ายทอดเทคโนโลยีด้านพัฒนาและบริหารจัดการน้ำบาดาลให้แก่องค์กรปกครองส่วนท้องถิ่นและประชาชน
• สนับสนุนและส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมและการเผยแพร่ประชาสัมพันธ์
• จัดทำและให้บริการข้อมูลและสารสนเทศน้ำบาดาลในพื้นที่รับผิดชอบ รวมทั้งบริการวิเคราะห์คุณภาพน้ำบาดาลในเบื้องต้น
• ปฏิบัติงานร่วมกับหรือสนับสนุนการปฏิบัติงานของหน่วยงานอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้องหรือได้รับมอบหมาย
