กรณีมีหนี้สินตามกรมธรรม์ค้างชำระแก่บริษัท และ/หรือมีเบี้ยประกันภัยที่ถึงกำหนดชำระในงวดใดๆก็ตาม หลังจากมีการทำหนังสือโอนสิทธินี้ ผู้โอนสิทธิและผู้รับโอนสิทธิยินยอมให้บริษัทนำสิทธิเรียกร้องที่จะโอนตามที่ระบุข้างต้น หักชำระหนี้สินตามกรมธรรม์ และ/หรือเบี้ยประกันภัยงวดที่ถึงกำหนดชำระในครั้งนั้นๆดังกล่าวจนครบจำนวน
