Refer to previous shipment, I got informed from my colleague about the inconvenience we received from TS CONTAINER LINE>
Please avoid using TS CONTAINER LINE because we are very suffer from their policy.
It caused us to take time for custom clearance, additional payment for the storage charge and delay to deliver to the factory. Normally we never got charged for storage fees.
Refer to previous shipment again, which ETA 04/12, normally we take around 2-3 working day for custom clearance and deliver to the factory.
But this time we had to take around 5 working days for clearance.
We are not convenience at all.
Therefore, kindly note my issue and please help to use the service of another liners.
