1.3 ผู้บังคับบัญชา หมายถึง ผู้มีตำแหน่งหน้าที่การงานในการที่จะสั่งงานควบคุมงาน หรือออกหนังสือตักเตือน หรืออื่น ๆ เพื่อให้การปฏิบัติงานบรรลุผลตามนโยบายของบริษัท
