สิ่งที่ผมต้องการอยากนำเสนออีกอย่างหนึ่งก็คือการรับนักศึกษาฝึกงานในแผนกต่างๆ ผมมีความเห็นว่าควรรับนักศึกษา 2 คน ต่อ 1 แผนกเพื่อให้พวกเค้าได้มาช่วยกันในการทำงานต่างๆ ได้สะดวกมากยิ่งขึ้นกว่าที่เคยมีมา เพราะในการจัดกิจกรรมต่างๆของทางบริษัทหรืองานที่ทางพนักงานมอบให้กับนักศึกษาได้ปฏิบัติงานนั้นซึ่งบางงานถ้าทำคนเดียวอาจจะไม่สะดวกนักเพราะบางงานหรือบางกิจกรรมอาจจะต้องใช้คนจำนวนอย่างต่ำ 2 คน ผมจึงเหนควรว่าควรให้มีนักศึกษาใน 1 แผนก อย่างน้อย 2 คนครับ
