หูได้ยินเสียง...ก็เป็นธรรมะ
จมูกได้กลิ่น...ก็เป็นธรรมะ
ลิ้นได้รส...ก็เป็นธรรมะ
ธรรมารมณ์ที่เกิดขึ้นกับใจ นึกขึ้นได้เมื่อใด...เป็นธรรมะเมื่อนั้นฉะนั้น "ผู้มีสติ"
จึงได้ฟังธรรมะของพระพุทธเจ้าอยู่ตลอดเวลา...ไม่ว่าจะยืน เดิน นั่ง นอน
