ในการอบรมครั้งนี้ข้าพเจ้าได้รับการตอนรับจากทางบริษัทhappyprojectเป็นอย่างดี และความรู้ในด้านanimation และประสบการณ์ที่น่าประทับใจมากมาย หลังจากสิ้นสุดการฝึกอบรม ข้าพเจ้ามีข้อเสนอแนะสำหรับโครงการนี้ และโครงการที่ใกล้เคียงในครั้งถัดไป ดังนี้
1. ในการการฝึกอบรมควรข้าพเจ้ามีปัญหาในด้านภาษาญี่ปุ่นพอสมควร เพราะในStaffของทางบริษัทไม่สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ ทำให้มีปัญหาในด้านการฝึกอบรม
แนวทางแก้ปัญหา ในการสื่อสารกับstaff ข้าพเจ้าใช้เครื่องมือ Google translate ในโทรศัพท์มือถือในการสื่อสารกับstaffและคนญี่ปุ่น ซึ่งก็สามารถแก้ปัญหานี้ได้เป็นอย่างดีในระดับหนึ่ง
2. ก่อนการเดินทาง จะต้องมีขั้นตอนมากมายในการเตรียมเอกสารเดินทางออกนอกประเทศซึ่งมีรายการค่อนข้างเยอะ ทั้งการขอหนังสือรับรอง การขอหนังสือเดินทาง การออกวีซ่า การออกตั่วเครื่องบิน
แนวทางแก้ปัญหา ในการเตรียมเอกสารข้าพเจ้าได้รับคำแนะนำจากคณบดีอาจารย์รัตติกร เพื่อนๆอาจารย์ในสาขาMT และอาจารย์เธียรทศที่เคยเข้าร่วมโครงการนี้เมื่อปีที่แล้วค่อยแนะนำ ทำให้การเตรียมเอกสารครบถ้วนสมบูรณ์
3. ปัญหาในด้านการเดินทางไปสถานที่ต่างๆในประเทศญี่ปุ่น เนื่องจากการอบรมในครั้งโครงการนี้ใช้ระยะเวลาอบรม 1เดือน ซึ่งมีระยะเวลาข่อนค้างนานทำให้ผู้เข้าอบรมอาจมีเหตุจำเป็นต้องเดินทางไปในสถานที่ต่างๆในญี่ปุ่น ทำให้อาจมีปัญหาในการเดินทางได้
แนวทางแก้ปัญหา การเดินทางไปในสถานที่ต่างๆในญี่ปุ่นข้าพเจ้าได้ใช้Google map บนโทรศัพท์มือถือเป็นตัวนำทางไปในสถานที่ต่างๆ
4. เนื่องจากค่าครองชีพในประเทศญี่ปุ่นข่อนค้างสูงมาก และงบประมาณที่ทางโครงการให้เฉลี่ยต่อวันอาจจะมีจำกัด(2200เยน/วัน) ทำให้ผู้เข้ารับร่วมโครงการมีปัญหาในด้านการใช้ชีวิตอยู่ในประเทศญี่ปุ่นได้ ถ้าผู้เข้าร่วมอบรมมิได้นำเงินสำรองไปด้วย
แนวทางแก้ปัญหา ข้าพเจ้าอยากเสนอเรื่องการเพิ่มงบประมาณที่ใช้จ่ายต่อวันจาก2200เยนเป็น3200เยน เพราะในความเป็นจริงการอบรมในต่างประเทศย่อมจะมีค่าใช้จ่ายส่วนตัวมากขึ้น เช่น ค่าน้ำดื่ม ค่าของใช้ประจำวัน ค่าเดินทางไปในสถานที่ต่างๆ
