เรื่อง ให้ชำระหนี้

อ้างถึง 1.สัญญาเช่าห้องพัก
2. ใบแจ้งหนี้ เลขที่ SO5800316 ลงวันที่ 26/10/58

ตามที่ทาง วีไอพี อพาร์ทเม้นท์ ได้ตกลงให้ MR. Gyorgy Szebenyi เช่าห้องพัก หมายเลย 214 รายละเอียดปรากฏตามสัญญาที่อ้างถึง 1.นั้น ปรากฏว่า เมื่อทางอพาร์เม้นท์ ได้ทวงถามให้ ชำระค่าเช่าห้อง ค่าไฟฟ้า แบะค่าน้ำประปา เป็นเงินจำนวน 10,308 บาท (หนึ่งหมื่นสามร้อยแปดบาทถ้วน) รายละเอียดปรากฏตามใบแจ้งหนี้ที่อ้างถึง 2. แต่ท่านยังคงเพิกเฉย การกระทำของท่านเป็นการผิดนัดผิดสัญญาและทำให้อพาร์ทเม้นท์ ได้รับความเสียหาย

โดยหนังสือฉบับนี้ทางอพาร์ทเม้นท์ ได้กำหนดชำระจึงให้ท่านชำระค่าเช่าเป็นเงินจำนวน 10,308 บาท (หนึ่งหมื่นสามร้อยแปดบาทถ้วน) พร้อมกับค่าปรับล่าช้าตามในหนังสือสัญญา โดยชำระแก่ทางเคาน์เตอร์ ของอพาร์ทเม้นท์ ให้เสร็จสิ้นภายใน วันอาทิตย์ที่ 15 พฤศจิกายน 2558 เวลา 17.00 น. และให้ MR. Gyorgy Szebenyi ลงลายมือชื่อไว้เป็นหลักฐาน ทั้งนี้หากท่านยังคงเพิกเฉย ไม่จ่ายตามวันและเวลาดังกล่าว มีความจำเป็นต้องดำเนินการตามกฎหมาย หรือแล้วแต่ทาง วีไอพี อพาร์ทเม้นท์ ดำเนินการต่อไป
