บทคัดย่อ


ปัจจุบันบริษัทต้องเสียค่าใช้จ่ายก๊าชธรรมชาติในการให้ความร้อนช่วงที่หยุดบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกันซึ่งมีค่าใช้จ่ายจำนวนมากในแต่ละเดือน จึงได้ดำเนินงานวิจัยเพื่อศึกษาการลดปริมาณ
การใช้ก๊าซธรรมชาติในการให้ความร้อนช่วงหยุดบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน โดยนำเครื่องมือกิจกรรมกลุ่มควบคุมคุณภาพมาใช้ศึกษาเพื่อหาวิธีการทำงานและอุณหภูมิที่เหมาะสมในการควบคุมปริมาณการใช้ก๊าชธรรมชาติที่อาจจะช่วยลดต้นทุนในการผลิตให้ต่ำลงได้
การศึกษาวิจัยในครั้งนี้ได้ใช้เครื่องมือในการวิเคราะห์ปัญหาโดยใช้หลักการ Why Why Analysis เพื่อค้นหาปัญหาและแก้ไขจุดที่บกพร่องในการปฏิบัติงาน หลักจากพบปัญหาจึงได้ปรับกระบวนการทำงาน จากปกติที่มีการดับเตาเป็นการอุ่นเตา ซึ่งจะทำการศึกษาหาอุณหภูมิที่เหมาะสมโดยแปรผันอุณหภูมิภายในเตาอบในช่วงที่มีการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน ในชั่วโมงที่ 1-5 ให้อยู่ที่อุณหภูมิ 750ºC, 800ºC, 850ºC, 900ºC, 950ºC และ 1,000ºC ตามลำดับ โดยแบ่งการทดลองออกเป็น 6 การทดลองเพื่อหาวิธีการควบคุมการทำงานของเตาอบให้ได้มีประสิทธิภาพและสามารถช่วยลดปริมาณการใช้ก๊าชธรรมชาติได้มากที่สุด
ผลการวิจัยพบว่าการปรับเปลี่ยนวิธีการทำงานจากดับเตาเปลี่ยนเป็นอุ่นเตาสามารถที่จะช่วยลดปริมาณการใช้ก๊าชธรรมชาติในการให้ความร้อนในช่วงหยุดบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกันได้ และผลการทดลองยังพบว่าอุณหภูมิควบคุมภายในเตาอบที่เหมาะสมที่สุดในการช่วยลดปริมาณการใช้ก๊าชธรรมชาติได้มากที่สุด คือ การควบคุมอุณหภูมิที่ 800 ºC ซึ่งสามารถที่จะลดปริมาณการใช้ก๊าซธรรมชาติลงได้มากสุดถึง 3,667 Nm3 คิดเป็นค่าใช้จ่ายที่สามารถลดลงได้ 31,139 บาท
