เนื่องจากสภาวะสังคมในปัจจุบันต้องการบุคคลที่ความรู้ ความสามารถ เป็นคนเก่งและเป็นคนดี อีกทั้งสามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้อย่างมีความสุข ข้าพเจ้าจึงได้เปิดโอกาสให้ตนเองได้เก็บเกี่ยวประสบการณ์ด้านการทำงานด้วย คือการทำงาน Part-time ในช่วงเวลาปิดเทอม โดยข้าพเจ้าได้ทำงานสองสถานที่ คือ บริษัท เอ็มเค เรสโตรองต์ กรุ๊ป จำกัด (มหาชน) ธุรกิจร้านอาหาร สาขาโลตัสกัลปพฤกษ์ กรุงเทพมหานคร และบริษัท โออิชิ กรุ๊ป จำกัด (มหาชน) ธุรกิจร้านอาหารโออิชิ บุฟเฟ่ห์ สาขาซีคอน บางแค กรุงเทพมหานคร ซึ่งบทเรียนที่ได้รับจากการทำงานคือการปฏิบัติตนในการทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นอย่างมีกาลเทศะ คืออ่อนน้อมถ่อมตน โดยวางตัวให้เหมาะสมกับงาน ไม่ยกตนสูงและกดคนอื่นให้ต่ำ มีความสุภาพ ให้เกียรติผู้อื่น นอกจากการทำงานกับเพื่อนร่วมงานแล้ว ในเรื่องการปฏิบัติงานต้องเชื่อฟังคำสั่งของผู้มีความสามารถในการจัดองค์กรเพื่อให้ภาพรวมของงานออกมาดีที่สุด ตรงต่อเวลาและรักษากฎระเบียบของบริษัท ซึ่งปัญหาในการทำงานย่อมมีเป็นเรื่องปรกติ แต่แนวทางแก้ไขนั้นสำคัญยิ่งกว่าคือการรู้จักขอโทษและมีความรับผิดชอบกับสิ่งที่ได้ทำพลาดไป

เมื่อได้เดินทางตามความฝันคือศึกษาในคณะนิติศาสตร์แล้ว จึงสร้างเป้าหมายให้ตนเองไปอีกขั้นคืออยากทำงานช่วยเหลือและตอบแทนสังคม แม้ว่าหนทางดูเหมือนจะอีกยาวไกล แต่ระยะทางแต่ละก้าวที่เดินไปนั้นย่อมมีโอกาสหยิบยื่นมาให้คว้าเสมอ และโอกาสที่ยื่นมาในตอนนี้นั้นก็คือการฝึกงานภาคฤดูร้อนของบริษัท Weerawong C&P ซึ่งเป็นบริษัทที่ปรึกษากฎหมายทั้งในและต่างประเทศ และเป็นหนึ่งในบริษัทกฎหมายชั้นนำของประเทศไทยที่นักศึกษาหลายๆ คนมีความฝันและความมุ่งมั่นที่จะได้เข้าร่วมทำงานกับบริษัทนี้ เนื่องจากบริษัท Weerawong C&P เป็นบริษัทที่รวมบุคคลการที่มีความเชี่ยวชาญในด้านกฎหมาย และให้บริการด้านกฎหมายอย่างครบวงจรทั้งในและต่างประเทศ

ถ้าหากเปรียบข้าพเจ้าเป็นแสงสว่างประดุจสติปัญญาที่เฉียบแหลม และหากเปรียบข้าพเจ้าเป็นเพชรน้ำหนึ่งประดุจความเป็นเลิศที่เฉิดฉาย ไม่ว่าจะเปรียบตนเองเป็นสิ่งใด สิ่งที่นำมาเปรียบเทียบก็เป็นเพียงภาพพจน์อันเป็นนามธรรมที่ปรากฏให้เด่นชัดและลึกซึ้งขึ้นในใจจนผู้อ่านเกิดอารมณ์คล้อยตามเท่านั้น ในการพัฒนาองค์กรจำเป็นต้องอาศัยบุคลากรที่ความรู้และความสามารถที่จะมาช่วยสร้างองค์กรให้เป็นรูปธรรมอันเป็นสิ่งที่แสดงออกมาเป็นจริงและสามารถปฏิบัติได้ ฉะนั้นหากเปรียบข้าพเจ้าเป็นสิ่งๆ หนึ่งที่จะให้ช่วยพัฒนาองค์กรของท่านได้ก็คือการเป็นตัวของตัวเอง และมั่นใจกับสิ่งที่ตัวเองเป็น เพราะการจะใช้ชีวิตให้ประสบความสำเร็จ ก็ต่อเมื่อยอมรับในสิ่งที่ตัวเองเป็นเท่านั้น ซึ่งความมั่นใจในตนเองนี้ก็เกิดจากโอกาสที่ข้าพเจ้าได้ใฝ่หาประสบการณ์และบทเรียนอันล้ำค่าให้ตนเองเสมอ ความรู้และความสามารถจากการเรียนในระดับมัธยมปลายและมหาวิทยาลัย รวมทั้งกิจกรรมทั้งในหลักสูตรและนอกหลักสูตรจากการทำงานนั้นแม้ว่ากิจกรรมบางอย่างจะไม่เกี่ยวข้องกับวิชาชีพที่ต้องการไปทำงานโดยตรงในอนาคตอันใกล้เสียทีเดียว แต่กิจกรรมต่างๆ เหล่านั้นกลับส่งผลต่อการทำงานในวิชาชีพทางอ้อมคือสามารถนำประสบการณ์การทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นมาปรับใช้ในการทำงานในองค์กรได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

เพื่อสร้างทักษะการศึกษากฎหมายภาคทฤษฎีประกอบการเรียนรู้กฎหมายภาคปฏิบัติให้มีประสิทธิภาพ ข้าพเจ้าในฐานะนักศึกษานิติศาสตร์จึงมีความต้องการที่จะได้รับโอกาสได้เข้าไปฝึกงานกับบริษัท Weerawong C&P เพราะข้าพเจ้ามั่นใจว่าบริษัทของท่านมีศักยภาพในด้านกฎหมายอย่างครบวงจร เพียงพอที่จะให้ข้าพเจ้าได้ใช้โอกาสสำคัญเข้าไปช่วยทำงานและพัฒนาผลงานให้มีประสิทธิภาพด้วยความรู้และความความสามารถที่มีอยู่ และไม่หยุดยั้งที่จะเรียนรู้ความรู้ใหม่จากการทำงานในครั้งนี้ รวมทั้งสามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นในองค์กรของท่านได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพเช่นกัน ด้วยความมุ่งมั่นและความตั้งใจของข้าพเจ้า หากได้รับโอกาสเข้าไปฝึกงานในบริษัทท่านแล้ว ข้าพเจ้าตั้งใจที่จะนำความรู้และประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้ไปต่อยอดในด้านการศึกษาต่อในระดับที่สูงขึ้น และนำไปใช้พัฒนางานวิจัย รวมทั้งใช้ทำงานในอนาคตเพื่อช่วยเหลือประชาชนที่ไม่ได้รับความเป็นธรรมจากกฎหมาย และหากมีความจำเป็นต้องใช้ช่องโหว่ของกฎหมายเพื่อแก้ปัญหา ข้าพเจ้าก็จะใช้ช่องโหว่นั้นในทางที่สร้างสรรค์ก่อให้เกิดความเป็นธรรม เพื่อป้องกันปัญหาที่ไม่เป็นธรรมต่อไป
