รายงานเรื่อง การศึกษาแนวทางการสนับสนุนการทำงานของนักศึกษาปฏิบัติสหกิจต่างประเทศ มหาวิทยาลัย FPT กรณีศึกษาบานาน่าทีม มีวัตถุประสงค์คือ 1)เพื่อศึกษากระบวนการสนับสนุนการทำงานของนักศึกษาปฏิบัติสหกิจต่างประเทศ กรณีศึกษา บานาน่าทีม มหาวิทยาลัย FPT 2) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการสนับสนุนการทำงานของนักศึกษาปฏิบัติสหกิจต่างประเทศ กรณีศึกษา บานาน่าทีม มหาวิทยาลัย FPT เป็นการศึกษาเชิงคุณภาพ ในรูปของการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก โดยการศึกษาจากสมาชิกกลุ่มบานาน่าทีม มหาวิทยาลัย FPT ผู้ศึกษาเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลและแบ่งหัวข้อการศึกษาตามขอบข่ายและกรอบแนวคิดในการศึกษา คือศึกษากระบวนการในการสนับสนุนการทำงานของนักศึกษาปฏิบัติสหกิจ การประสานงานทั้งภายใน ภายนอก การประสานงานแบบเป็นทางการและไม่เป็นทางการ ศึกษาการให้ข้อมูลในการสนับสนุนการทำงานของนักศึกษาปฏิบัติสหกิจ ด้านการสื่อสาร ช่องทางในการสื่อสารที่บานาน่าทีมใช้ในการสนับสนุนการปฏิบัติงานของนักศึกษาสหกิจ ศึกษาการให้ความร่วมมือในการสนับสนุนการปฏิบัติงานของนักศึกษาสหกิจ อำนาจในการตัดสินใจ บทบาทหน้าที่ของสมาชิกบานาน่าทีมที่มีส่วนในการสนับสนุนการปฏิบัติงาน
