EASY BUY Public Company Limited (“EASY BUY” or “Company”) formerly known as Siam A&C Company Limited was incorporated on September 30,1996 with an initial paid-up registered capital of 120 million Baht by the form of joint venture between top leading Thai companies and ACOM Co., Ltd., a leading consumer financial company in Japan. On April 1, 2005, the Company was converted into a public limited company and changed its name to EASY BUY Public Company Limited.
EASY BUY has performed as a consumer financial company under permission from the Bank of Thailand to serves consumers throughout Thailand under “Umay+” brand. EASY BUY offers two types of consumer financial products representing (i) revolving loan and (ii) installment loan.
EASY BUY has been serving more than 2 million customers over 15 years. From continuous on business expansion of EASY BUY, presently, The Company has a paid-up capital of 3,900 million baht with more than 2,300 EASY BUY employees.
Responsibilities
Perform to support the superior to manage, follow up and monitor the corporate internal control, the data security of the company, the irregular case report preparation, and the controlling of internal regulations including the document control system to comply with relevant regulations and the company policies in order to create trust and confidence amongst its shareholders, other stakeholders and all relevant parties that the company has good corporate governance.

Experience, Skills/Competencies
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting & Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field GPA 2.50
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the field within a reputed organization/s with multiple business units
- Solid background and knowledge of the industry and of operations pertaining
- Knowledge of Corporate Governance Principles, Internal Control, Risk Management and compliance
- Be able to review document's content
- Fair command in English
