บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาพฤติกรรมการตัดสินใจ ของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูเอกชนโรงเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาในกรุงเทพมหานคร (2) เปรียบเทียบพฤติกรรมการตัดสินใจของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูโรงเรียนเอกชน ระดับมัธยมศึกษา กรุงเทพมหานคร
กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ผู้บริหารและครูระดับเอกชนระดับมัธยมศึกษาในกรุงเทพมหานคร ประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน 108 คน ครูจำนวน 341 คน รวมทั้งสิ้น 449 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับการตัดสินใจของวรูมและเฮดตัน แบบสอบถามมีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ 95 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบค่าที และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวน
