วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย
การวิจัยพัฒนาสมรรถภาพด้านการจัดการองค์ความรู้สำหรับครู : ทฤษฎีการฝึกอบรมโดยใช้โรงเรียนเป็นฐาน (ระยะที่ 2) นี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักที่สำคัญ 2 ประการคือ
1. เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการฝึกอบรมครูโดยใช้โรงเรียนเป็นฐาน ที่สามารถเพิ่มสมรรถภาพด้านการจัดการองค์ความรู้โดยการเรียนรู้แบบร่วมมือ
2. เพื่อพัฒนาสมรรถภาพด้านการจัดการองค์ความรู้โดยการเรียนรู้แบบร่วมมือ และประเมินความพึงพอใจต่อรูปแบบการฝึกอบรมโดยใช้โรงเรียนเป็นฐาน
