5. หลักฐานการเสนองาน
ผู้เสนอราคาจะต้องจัดทำเอกสารในการยื่นข้อเสนอเป็น 3 ซองดังนี้
5.1 ซองเอกสารแสดงคุณสมบัติของผู้เสนอราคา อย่างน้อยต้องมีเอกสารดังต่อไปนี้
5.1.1 ในกรณีที่ยื่นเสนอราคาในลักษณะเป็นกิจร่วมการค้า (Joint Venture) หรือนิติบุคคลร่วมทำงาน (Consortium) จะต้องระบุนิติบุคคลที่จะทำหน้าที่เป็นนิติบุคคลหลัก (Lead Firm) และจะต้องยื่นสำเนาสัญญาหรือข้อตกลงว่าจะรับผิดชอบร่วมกันอย่างลูกหนี้ร่วม ในกรณีที่ผู้ร่วมค้าในกิจการร่วมค้าเป็นบุคคลธรรมดา ให้ยื่นสำเนาบัตรประชาชน หากมิใช่สัญชาติไทยให้ยื่นสำเนาหนังสือเดินทาง และถ้าเป็นนิติบุคคลในกิจการร่วมการค้า หรือนิติบุคคลร่วมทำงาน ให้ยื่นเอกสารดังนี้

5.1.4 ใบสรุปการจัดส่งเอกสารหลักฐานแสดงคุณสัมบัติของผู้เสนอราคา
5.2 ซองเอกสารข้อเสนอด้านเทคนิค อย่างน้อยต้องมีเอกสารดังต่อไปนี้
