3. กำหนดระยะเวลาในการกรอกแบบสอบถาม อธิบายพร้อมสาธิตการกรอกแบบสอบถามให้กับผู้เข้ารับการทดสอบจนเป็นที่เข้าใจ
4. นำแบบสอบถามไปสอบถามกับนักเรียนโรงเรียนกีฬาในเขตภาคกลาง โดยผู้วิจัยเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยตนเอง
5. รวบรวมแบบสอบถามที่ได้กลับคืนมาตรวจสอบความสมบูรณ์ แล้วนำไปวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลต่อไป
