ข้อ 6. ผู้เช่าจะต้องดูแลรักษาทรัพย์สินที่เช่าตามสัญญานี้ให้อยู่ในสภาพที่ใช้สอยได้และยินยอมให้ผู้เช่าหรือตัวแทนของผู้ให้เช่าเข้าตรวจสอบดูแลทรัพย์สินได้เสมอ
