การศึกษาค้นคว้าครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อเป็นการศึกษาเกี่ยวกับการจัดการศึกษาสู่ความเป็นเลิศของโรงเรียนเทศบาลแม่เมาะ สังกัดเทศบาลตำบลแม่เมาะ อำเภอแม่เมาะ จังหวัดลำปาง ประชากรที่ใช้ศึกษาในครั้งนี้ได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร คณะครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาโรงเรียนเทศบาลแม่เมาะ จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 32 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาค้นคว้าครั้งนี้เป็นแบบสอบถาม (Questionnaire) ชนิดมาตราส่วนประเมินค่า (Rating Scale) 5 ระดับ ตามวิธีการของ เรนซิสลิเคอร์ท (RensisLikert) ใช้เก็บข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับตัวแปรที่ศึกษา (ศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก สังกัดเทศบาลตำบลก้อ อำเภอลี้ จังหวัดลำพูน) ส่วนสถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
