เรื่อง ขออนุญาตเช่าใช้พื้นที่เพื่อติดตั้งตู้อุปกรณ์สำหรับให้บริการสื่อสารข้อมูลและเดินสายเคเบิลภายในอาคาร

ด้วยบริษัท ทรู ยูนิเวอร์แซลคอนเวอร์เจ้นซ์ จำกัด (“บริษัทฯ”) มีความประสงค์ที่จะขอเช่า/ใช้พื้นที่เพื่อดำเนินการติดตั้งตู้อุปกรณ์สำหรับให้บริการสื่อสารข้อมูล (DSLAM) เดินสายเคเบิล สายไฟฟ้า ในพื้นที่อาคาร/โครงการ (“โครงการฯ”) ทั้งนี้ เพื่อให้บริการสื่อสารข้อมูลแก่ผู้ใช้บริการในอาคาร/โครงการ ดังนี้
สถานที่ติดตั้งอุปกรณ์ : อาคาร/โครงการ.....................……….
รายละเอียดการติดตั้ง ดังนี้
1. ติดตั้งตู้ให้บริการสื่อสารข้อมูล ขนาด 600 x 590 x 450 (กว้างxยาวxสูง) มม.
2. ติดตั้งตู้กระจายสัญญาณ KC200 ขนาด 300 x 610 x 130 มม.
3. เดินสายใยแก้วนำ ขนาด 24 Core
4. ขอใช้ไฟฟ้าภายในอาคาร โดยบริษัทฯ ติดตั้งตู้ MDB และมาตรวัดกระแสไฟฟ้า
โดยบริษัทฯ ขอเสนอค่าตอบแทนสำหรับการดำเนินการข้างต้น ดังนี้
- ค่าเช่าใช้พื้นที่รายปี อัตราปีละ………บาท ไม่รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม (หากมี) ระยะเวลา 3 ปี นับแต่ติดตั้งอุปกรณ์แล้วเสร็จ โดยค่าเช่าปีแรกชำระภายใน 30 วัน นับแต่วันที่ติดตั้งอุปกรณ์แล้วเสร็จ ทั้งสองฝ่ายได้ลงนามหนังสือนี้ และได้รับใบแจ้งหนี้จากโครงการฯ ในปีต่อไปชำระภายใน 30 วัน นับแต่วันเริ่มของแต่ละปี และได้รับใบแจ้งหนี้จากโครงการฯ
- ค่ากระแสไฟฟ้าตามที่ใช้จริง ยูนิตละ ………บาท โดยโครงการจะต้องส่งใบแจ้งหนี้ค่ากระแสไฟฟ้าให้กับบริษัทฯ ทราบ

ทั้งนี้ อุปกรณ์ที่ติดตั้งทั้งหมดยังคงเป็นกรรมสิทธิ์ของบริษัทฯ และบริษัทฯ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์มิให้บุคคลอื่นใดใช้อุปกรณ์ที่ติดตั้ง และหรือโครงข่ายดังกล่าว โดยโครงการฯตกลงจะไม่นำอุปกรณ์และหรือโครงข่ายที่ติดตั้งดังกล่าวไปใช้เอง หรือยินยอมให้บุคคลอื่นใดใช้อุปกรณ์และหรือโครงข่ายดังกล่าวทุกกรณี และภายหลังการติดตั้งระบบเป็นที่เรียบร้อยแล้ว โครงการ ฯ อนุญาตให้บริษัทฯ และหรือกลุ่มบริษัท ทรู คอร์ปอเรชั่น จำกัด (มหาชน) (“กลุ่ม ทรู”) ใช้ระบบดังกล่าวเพื่อการให้บริการสื่อสารข้อมูลแก่ลูกค้าทั่วไป ตลอดจนอนุญาตให้กลุ่มทรู เข้าไปในอาคารเพื่อบำรุงรักษาซ่อมแซมหรือปรับปรุง และหรือเปลี่ยนแปลงอุปกรณ์ดังกล่าวข้างต้นของบริษัทฯ รวมทั้งอนุญาตให้กลุ่มทรู ตั้งบูทและวาง Leftlet ในอาคารหรือในรูปแบบอื่น ๆ เพื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ และเพื่อส่งเสริมการขาย การให้สื่อสารข้อมูล ทั้งนี้ ให้หนังสือฉบับนี้มีผลบังคับใช้ตลอดระยะเวลาที่ให้บริการสื่อสารข้อมูลแก่ผู้อยู่อาศัยในโครงการฯ
