ตามบันทึกการประชุมเมื่อวันที่ 16 Dec'16 เรื่อง "J26P ด้านหน้าที่นั่งทรัพยากรบุคคลที่ขาดหายไปและที่นั่งด้านหลัง U375 40% เลือกที่ผิด" เราได้ตกลงยอมรับที่จะมีการกระทำเพิ่มขึ้นเพื่อป้องกันปัญหาไม่ให้เกิดซ้ำและทางทีมตกลงจะเริ่มกระทำวันที่ 17 Dec'16 ที่ผ่านมาแต่จนถึงขณะนี้เรายังคงไม่เห็นการเปลี่ยนแปลงใดๆเกิดขึ้นจากคุณดังนั้นผมจึงอยากขอความร่วมมือจากคุณอีกครั้ง
1.ทำไมจึงไม่สามารถลงมือกระทำเพื่อป้องกันปัญหาไม่ให้เกิดซ้ำตามวันที่ตกลงกันได้?
