บทคัดย่อ
ในการจัดทำโครงงานวิทยาศาสตร์ เรื่องสารสกัดจากพืชสมุนไพรเพื่อสุขภาพ ในครั้งนี้ เพื่อศึกษาการใช้สมุนไพรจากธรรมชาติที่สามารถหาและปลูกได้เองตามท้องถิ่นเพิ่มมูลค่าและประโยชน์ให้แก่สมุนไพร เนื่องจากปัจจุบันประชาชนทั่วไปหันมาใส่ใจสุขภาพมากขึ้นและการใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ช่วยรักษาสุขภาพหรือความสวยงาม และยังเป็นอีกหนึ่งทางเลือกที่ประชาชนส่วนใหญ่ต้องตระหนักถึงและในปัจจุบันนี้ในผลิตภัณฑ์มีการปนเปื่อนของสารเคมีมากจนเกินไปและการใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์ต่างๆเหล่านี้ทำให้เสี่ยงต่อการเกิดโรคภัยต่างๆ
ผู้จัดทำโครงงานจึงคิดและทดลองทำผลิตภัณฑ์ปธินผิว พอกผิว ที่สกัดจากสมุนไพรธรรมชาติเพื่อสุขภาพขึ้น โดยมีส่วนผสมของพืชสมุนไพรคือ วานหางจระเข้ ว่านหางจระเข้มีสรรพคุณทางยาคือ เป็นยาเย็นและทั้งยังรักษาโรค สมานแผล ไฟไหม้ น้ำร้อนลวก เป็นต้น นอกจากนี้ว่านหางจระเข้ยังปลูกและหาได้ง่ายตามชุมชนท้องถิ่นทั่วไปทนต่อทุกสภาพอากาศ ตายยาก
นอกจากว่านหางจระเข้ที่เป็นส่วนประกอบสำคัญแล้วยังมี่พืชสมุนไพรอีก 3 ชนิดได้แก่ ขมิ้น ดอกอัญชัน และมะขามเปียกแล้วยังเพิ่มดินสอพองลงไปในส่วนผสมอีกเพื่อให้ได้ผลดียิ่งขึ้น โดยผสมส่วนต่างๆด้วยอัตรา 1:1 ด้วยการนำวานหางจระเข้มาฝานเป็นชิ้นเล็กๆแล้วบดพอละเอียดเทใส่ภาชนะที่เตรียมไว้ แล้วนำสมุนไพรที่เตรียมไว้มาบดละเอียดเติมน้ำเล็กน้อยแล้วกรองเอาแต่น้ำเหลวลงในว่านหางจระเข้และผสมดินสอพองลงไปด้วยคนให้เข้ากันแล้วบรรจุใส่กระปุกตามต้องการเราสามารถนำผลิตภัณฑ์นี้ไปใช้ได้ตามต้องการสมุนไพรมีสรรพคุณที่ช่วยถนอมผิวและบำรุงผิวไม่เป็นอันตรายต่อสุขภาพเหมาะสำหรับคนรักสุขภาพ
และจากสมบัติดังกล่าวทำให้เราสามารถที่จะนำหลักการทางวิทยาศาสตร์มาใช้ได้ในทุกๆด้าน มาเป็นตัวช่วยในการปรับปรุงคุณภาพทางผลิตภัณฑ์ และอีกเหตุผลหนึ่งที่ทำให้เกิดโครงงานครั้งนี้คือ ทางผู้จัดทำมีความคิดที่จะพัฒนาปรับปรุงสมุนไพรที่มีตามท้องถิ่นมาประยุกต์ใช้กับวิทยาศาสตร์ และในวิชาเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศกับชีวิตและการเรียนรู้ ซึ่งอยู่ภายใต้การดูแลของอาจารย์ศักดิ์ชัย ไชยรักษ์ ที่ได้ให้คำแนะนำและแนะชี้แนวการปฏิบัติต่างๆในเรื่องสมุนไพรท้องถิ่น เพื่อเป็นการสร้างสรรค์ผลงานที่ดีต่อผู้จัดทำมากขึ้น
