2. พนักงานบริษัทฯ ชำระค่าเบี้ยประกันภัยด้วยบัตรเครดิตในนามของพนักงาน จะได้รับสิทธิการยกเว้นค่าธรรมเนียมกรณีชำระค่าเบี้ยประกันภัยตามวันที่เริ่มคุ้มครอง

อนึ่ง กรณีที่ไม่ปฏิบัติตามเงื่อนไข และระยะเวลาตามประกาศดังกล่าวข้างต้น จะมีการ คิดค่าธรรมเนียม 3% จากยอดที่ชำระค่าเบี้ยประกันภัย

ประกาศนี้ มีผลบังคับตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 กรกฎาคม 2558 เป็นต้นไป จนกว่าจะมีการเปลี่ยนแปลง
