คณะการบริการและการท่องเที่ยว เปิดสอนหลักสูตรนานาชาติ โดยใช้ภาษาอังกฤษเป็นสื่อในการเรียนการสอนตลอดหลักสูตร เพื่อเป็นการเตรียมความพร้อมนักศึกษาเข้าสู่ประชาคมเศรษฐกิจอาเซียน (AEC)นอกจากนี้ยังมีโอกาสที่จะศึกษาภาษาที่ 2 เพิ่มเติม เช่น ภาษาจีน เกาหลี ญี่ปุ่น ฝรั่งเศส เยอรมัน อีกด้วย
- นักศึกษามีโอกาสได้เรียนกับอาจารย์พิเศษที่ทางคณะฯ เชิญมาจากอุตสาหกรรม เพื่อให้นักศึกษาได้มีโอกาสได้เรียนรู้จากคนที่มีประสบการณ์ทำงานโดยตรงจากอุตสาหกรรม

- โครงการ Triple Degree Programเป็นความร่วมมือระหว่างคณะฯ และมหาวิทยาลัย IMI ในประเทศสวิสเซอร์แลนด์ และมหาวิทยาลัย Manchester Metropolitan สหราชอาณาจักร ซึ่งนักศึกษาที่เข้าร่วมโครงการจะมีโอกาสไปศึกษาและฝึกงานที่ประเทศสวิสเซอร์แลนด์เป็นเวลา 10-12 เดือน หลังจากจบโครงการฯ นักศึกษาจะได้รับปริญญาบัตรจากทั้ง 3 สถาบัน
- นักศึกษาสาขาการจัดการการบริการและสาขาการจัดการการท่องเที่ยวจะได้ฝึกงานทุกปีทั้งในหรือต่างประเทศ ซึ่งเป็นการเปิดโอกาสให้นักศึกษาได้มีประสบการณ์ฝึกงานและมีโอกาสสร้างเครือข่ายกับคนในอุตสาหกรรม
-คุณภาพการศึกษาของคณะฯ ช่วยเตรียมความพร้อมให้นักศึกษาสามารถเข้าศึกษาในระดับปริญญาโทและปริญญาเอกในอนาคตได้อย่างดี
