โครงงานเรื่องการสำรวจการทำกิจกรรมของนักเรียนโรงเรียนจุฬาภรณราชวิทยาลัย ลพบุรี มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสำรวจการทำกิจกรรมที่แตกต่างกันของนักเรียนที่ทำในเวลาหลังเลิกเรียน โดยทำการสำรวจนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 1-6 ของนักเรียนโรงเรียนจุฬาภรณราชวิทยาลัย ลพบุรี เริ่มจากการสำรวจจำนวนนักเรียนในโรงเรียนจุฬาภรณราชวิทยาลัย ลพบุรี ทำการสำรวจโดยการกรอกแบบสอบถามที่ทางผู้จัดทำทำขึ้น เมื่อได้ข้อมูลจึงนำข้อมูลที่ได้จากการสำรวจมาหาค่าร้อยละของการทำกิจกรรม และนำเสนอในรูปแบบตารางและกราฟ จากการสำรวจพบว่านักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้นในแต่ละสัปดาห์จะมีการเล่นดนตรีน้อยที่สุด มีติวนอกเวลาเรียนวันจันทร์ วันอังคาร และวันพฤหัสบดี กิจกรรมที่นักเรียนทำในทุกวัน คือ การเล่นกีฬา ทำการบ้าน และพักผ่อน วันที่ไม่มีการติวนอกเวลาเรียน เด็กนักเรียนส่วนใหญ่จะพักผ่อนกันมากที่สุด ชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายในแต่ละสัปดาห์จะไม่มีการเล่นดนตรี มีการติวนอกเวลาเรียน ในวันจันทร์ วันอังคาร และวันพฤหัสบดี กิจกรรมที่มีนักเรียนทำในทุกๆวัน คือ การเล่นกีฬา ทำการบ้าน และพักผ่อน
นักเรียนในโรงเรียนจุฬาภรณราชวิทยาลัย ลพบุรี มีกิจกรรมที่ทำทุกๆวัน คือ เล่นกีฬา ทำการบ้าน และพักผ่อน จะมีการติวนอกเวลาเรียนในวันจันทร์ วันอังคาร และวันพฤหัสบดี ในวันที่ไม่มีการติวนอกเวลาเรียนนักเรียนส่วนใหญ่จะพักผ่อน จะเล่นดนตรีในวันจันทร์ถึงวันพฤหัสบดี และกิจกรรมเล่นดนตรีเป็นกิจกรรมที่มีคนทำกิจกรรมน้อยที่สุด
