เนื่องจากบริเวณเนื้อที่น้อย ไม่สะดวกในการขยายโรงเรียน ดังนั้นในปี พุทธศักราช 2512 นางละมูล รอดศิริ ได้แสดงความประสงค์ขอบริจาคที่ดินจำนวน 10 ไร่ 11 ตารางวา พร้อมด้วยเงินจำนวน 80,000 บาทมาสมทบกับเงินของทางราชการ อีกจำนวน 168, 500 บาท เพื่อทำการก่อสร้างอาคารหลังใหม่ เป็นแบบอาคารเรียน แบบ 017 ขนาด 4 ห้องเรียน เมื่อได้ย้ายเด็กมาเรียนที่อาคารโรงเรียนหลังใหม่แล้วจึงได้เสนอเรื่องขอเปลี่ยนชื่อโรงเรียน เป็น “โรงเรียนละมูลรอดศิริ” ทั้งนี้เพื่อเกียรติและเป็นอนุสรณ์แก่ผู้บริจาค

ต่อมาในปี พ.ศ. 2512 ได้รับเงินงบประมาณจากองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดสมุทรปราการสร้างอาคารเรียนแบบ 017 ขนาด 4 ห้องเรียนอีก 1 หลัง

ปีพุทธศักราช 2539 โรงเรียนละมูลรอดศิริ ได้รับพระราชทานรางวัล “ โรงเรียนพระราชทาน ระดับประถมศึกษา ขนาดเล็ก”

ปัจจุบันโรงเรียนละมูลรอดศิริ เปิดสอนตั้งแต่ชั้นอนุบาลถึงชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 6 ปีการศึกษา 2557 มีนักเรียนทั้งหมด 53 คน มีข้าราชการ 5 คน ครูอัตราจ้าง 3 คน พนักงานบริการ 1 คน
